We worked with Josh and his tech guy on a very difficult L shaped fireplace. They were professional and came out a second time, no cost to us, to fix their original measurement to our satisfaction.
This is the best fireplace shop in the area! Their customer service is unparalleled! I have done business with them for over 20 years and have never had anything but a wonderful experience!
The woman who runs this store is horrible. She is totally patronizing... I've never had such terrible customer service in my life. You are better off going to Home Depot and getting your Weber there.... Which, Ms. Horrible would totally contest as she will sell you on the fact that paying more for her product is due to "customer services". That is complete BS. Not sure where hubby is all the time, as she tends to run the show. I think she rings the bell for him to haul out the goods for customers.... he does not add much other than that to the party. All I can say is STAY AWAY. After spending well over $1000 with them, they still made me feel like I was a "HOME DEPOT" peasant. Buyer Beware!!!
This customer refused to pay for delivery and also refused to pay the plumber for a $77 hose that they needed. They purchased a $449 grill, and managed to avoid paying over 25% of the charges they should have paid. Customer service is number one in our business, and we have been in operation for 34 years as a result.
