I ordered a Christmas Tree on 8/20/13 and it shipped on 8/21/13. It was placed on the truck on 8/27/13 and out for delivery. Today is 9/3/13 and it is still showing on the truck and not here yet. I called the shipper after talking with UPS and being told they would call me back, but never did. The shipper just told me that UPS sent them a message telling them my tree had been delivered to me today at noon and left at my front door. Funny thing is, I've been home waiting all day and checking every 15 minutes. Guess what? No tree. So what's your story now? Are you going to tell me my neighbors stole it? They are the worst!

I had a package that was scheduled for delivery today but knew that I might miss the delivery so I posted a note to leave the package. I was in the shower when he attempted delivery and I was angry at first because he didn't leave the package. After a call, I found out it was my own fault( i didnt sign my note) but that I could catch up with the driver just down the road. I had just gotten in my car to go meet him when he pulled up into my driveway! He didn't have to do that, but he did. He was so very nice about the whole thing and I appreciated his service. Thank you so much Hollister UPS driver. I know you guys are on tight schedules.. you went above and beyond :-)

UPS hollister is horrendous. We have had three deliveries late - with the excuse of it was on the wrong truck. Each time they had a correct and complete mailing list. And then when contacted they finally admitted their error. And asked if we wanted to drive from Branson to Hollister - no. We paid for delivery and finally each time, after many calls, we got our merchandise with no apology.

I had a package that UPS was supposed to deliver on 2/3/11. I sat around most of the day waiting for them to show up, then late in the afternoon I hear the UPS truck come up to my house. I stood at the door and watched as it was parked in front of my house for about 2 minutes before leaving. No package no nothing. A few hours later I checked the status online and it said"Emergency conditions beyond UPS' control" Hmm, maybe they forgot to load the package on the truck. This happened a few months back so it wouldn't surprise me. It also changed the delivery date to 2/4. The next day I sat around waiting yet again, now at 5pm I find the "Out for delivery" message replaced with the same emergency message as yesterday with a new date of 2/8. Needless to say, this upset me so I tried to find a number to call for UPS in Holister. The first number didn't pick up, and the second had me talking to a computer with no options to talk to a human. UPS is the worst carrier out there. Use Fed EX.
