this contractor is a real piece of work. i selected this individual because of his builder assoc membership. i did very little investigation on him and his business. i have now learned there are numerous addresses for his business but everytime i visit the site, there's nothing there. he's rude, lies, and is not accountable for his actions. he's tried to vary from the contract and tried to add charges that were clarified in the contract. my husband and myself even had to pack 47 sheets of 4'x 8' drywall up to the 3rd floor because he wanted to charge us extra because he had to hire people to come in and do this. i thought this is why we hired someone! because of all the little charges he tried to add on, we just did it ourselves because it irritated us. he left the job site on a tue and just didn't come back until the following mon after i managed to get his personal cell phone and make contact that route. i've also caught him in areas of the house he shouldn't have been in
