I used to be all about saving money and shopping big box. Sure the customer service lacked. Sure I'd have to wait forever to get service and it was from a 3rd party. But I'd save a few bucks!! Then we heard about Diamond Supply... now it is our first stop and last. IF they don't have what I want it doesn't take long for them to get it in. Debbie is knowlegable in what they have there or can and will quickly look up the information to answer your questions for you. We usually just cash and carry so I can't speak for Wally's installations, and we've never had to call for service so I can't speak for his service calls. But that says a lot right there! They handle their products with care because they do care. So when you get it it hasn't been bumped or beat! When I bought this place 11 yrs ago we knew right away we needed a washer and dryer and eventually all new appliances for the kitchen. Well we bought the W&D from a big store and after 3 service calls they stayed working fine for several years. But then we needed to replace the washer. Less than a year later we needed to replace it again... it was just not living up to what I was told it could and would do. We sold it for half the money just to get rid of it. And that's when we heard about Diamond Supply. We got a Speed Queen set in January 2016 and never had an issue with it, and it works as good today as it did the day we got it. In 2 weeks it will have been a year since we got our deep freezer and have had no issues. And now that it is past 9:30 I'll be calling to ask her to order the refrigerator I want so I can pick it up Monday. When I go pick it up Monday I'll be picking out a stove as well. We had narrowed it down to 3 yesterday when narrowing down the fridge to 2, but now once back home realize we need to look at other features to allow for a space issue we have with this old house.
