Ordered a Mattress and a Love Seat Sofa from them. The Mattress came with a small rip in it and they replaced. 4 weeks later they delivered the Sofa without legs. The driver said they would call me and replace later in the day or tomorrow. No call nothing. So when I followed up No one at the store can offer help and the delivery center said it would have to be ordered. They asked me how many did I need and cannot give me a delivery date. Tell me these parts are not in stock and couldn't be overnighted. Same on you Art Van

We ordered a leather couch and when we got it home, it had a huge rip in it! I was so upset! I called the store and they immediately put in an exchange...no questions asked! Great customer satisfaction!
