Bought a brand new mower from this place and it was a nightmare. They couldn't even deliver it in good condition. Damaged, broken parts that a blind man could have picked out. Got the run around trying to get my money back! Called their store and after being on hold for 5 minutes the owner got on the line and she told me that she doesn't deal with customer's problems. Nice way to treat your customers!!! I would highly recommend buying elsewhere if you want good customer service and quality! My worse experience ever buying consumer goods!!

I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from them back in the mid-90s. Recently, I was doing some maintenance on the saw and found that it needed a part replaced. Westenbroek didn't have the part on hand, so they had to order it. No big deal. When I went to pick up the $13-14 part, the total amount was almost $20! I asked about it and was told that it was a "special order charge." They charged me $5 to "special order" a part that came in with their regular parts order. Never again! I am now going to Spring Lake Ace Hardware for my Stihl needs--it's farther away but they are GREAT people there!
