Very disappointing experience! We live out of town and made a lengthy road trip. We were told of a promotion that offered a free table and 2 chairs with the purchase of 4 bar stools. AFTER we paid for our 4 stools and the salesman carefully placed them in our vehicle, he told us we'd have to talk with the saleswoman in the showroom. She NEVER got out of her chair, she barely used any eye contact, she lacked much hospitality. The following day I called and left a voice mail asking to speak to a manager. I then left an email asking for a response. It has been 3 months and I have yet to even have an acknowledgment that they receive an inquiry. I will NOT purchase anything from this company again.
