The store in Holiday is run by one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have gone into this store multiple times as the company I work for has all of their signage done there. Often times I witnessed people waiting longer than necessary because the guy behind the counter just HAS to tell his "captive audience" all of his own viewpoints, stories, etc. None of which have anything to do with the business at hand. When a customer brings something to his attention that is incorrect he becomes egregiously explosive, beligerent and pompous. Graphic art abilities are non-existent and the quality of his employees is indicative of his lack of ability to make sound judgments. I ordered a 6x6 inch decal last week. They handed me a 4x3 and then tried to tell me that it WAS 6X6. After making himself look foolish by insisting it was 6x6, he learned a ruler never lies. The quality was so poor I refused to accept it. Don't waste your time here!
