I called on 12/19/2005. The first time I called I was put on hold and then disconnected, the second time I called I was put on hold and after about 5 minutes was listening to an answering machine saying that no one was available to take my call. The third time I called no one could help me b/c one of their employees was out of the office, so I was asked to call back tomorrow!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!
