My husband and I shopped every stove shop within 50 miles of Bangor. We ultimately ended up with Granville after much deliberation. Some of the selling points were, familiarity with company (Jim Mooney did design work for us in the past), price, and quality. We purchased a Regency Fireplace Insert, and have been extremely happy with it. Their service man installed it for us, and the price was very fair considering all he had to do. Ellsworth couple

Bought a pellet stove this fall. Regency Greenfire. Runs great! Heats my whole house. Granville installed the unit and sold us our pellets. Great service during and after the sale. I would highly recommend this company.

I stopped in at the Granville Stone showroom looking for ideas for a water garden project. I was extremely impressed. The showroom is beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and really helped me with project. They had some great money saving tips as well as ideas that saved me a lot of time and frustration. I purchased everything I needed for my water garden at Granville stone after looking everywhere else, they had the most reasonable prices and support. I will be going back again for my numerous other projects.

While my family was looking at items they sold, my wife heard the staff making racist comments about our president. We will not return, and we do not recommend this poor company

Had a stove installed last year, it was put in wrong, it was to close to combustible wood. Installer in Ellsworth, did not have a clue, we called the fire marshall and they advised. we would not recommend this company to do anything, we also had some broken landscaping materials delivered, and they would not come back, very rude, and the driver in holden was speaking in a tone of racism, while dropping off my product.

I last year, we had a walkway installed by them, the stone pavers are breaking up, and the contractor they recommended in Holden, did a poor job it's uneven and holding water, Me and other Doctors in the area do not recommend this Landscape Company.

Poor service, after purchasing a woodstove, they did not respect the warranty. The Manager yelled at me also, They installed it in a unsafe manner not up to code. We do not recommend this company
