Reaching Out in Love Ministry opened in January 2012. Our goal is to reach the lost. We go out into our community of Hogansville, GA, and spread the word to men and women to serve God. Pastor Frost was given a gift from God to go out and speak his word and help people overcome the obstacles of everyday life. Pastor Frost is ministry certified and a certified pastor and elder.
