      I have been doing business with Metro Alarm Technologies for about a year and have been 100% satisfied with the monitoring service and the support. Last year we moved to Hobe Sound and had Joe Esposito from Metro Alarm come and reset the existing security system in our house. Recently we had him install a cell communicator and wireless air conditioning thermostat. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and courteous. He spent a lot of time explaining the systems to me and making sure that I understood their operation which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Metro Alarm Technologies for their responsiveness, professionalism, and thorough customer support.

      Joe zeroed right in to fix my problem with a Pioneer Carousel CD Player and save me from having to send it back to the factory. He also recommended how I can improve the sound, and gave me a few other handyman tips. The reason I chose Joe is he answered my voicemail promptly in person and adjusted his schedule to take care of my problem the very next morning. I truly enjoyed meeting Joe, he treated me fairly, and I would not hesitate to call him again.R.Flagg, Stuart
