We've have used this business a few times. The last time they put U-joints on my jeep (418.00). After the repair the vehicle continued to run rough. Next we got new tires (from another place) and the jeep still ran rough. At this point we have no idea what is wrong. We tried to trouble shoot it but finally ended up taking it to a mechanic. We told him what what work we had done. He checked the engine and found nothing. This led him back to the suspension. It turns out there is a little bit of play in the U-joints that should not be there. They were installed incorrectly. By the time we figured it out, 4 months and $1000 + later, the three month labor warranty had expired. They would not budge on this. They are at fault and should fix their mistakes. The quality of work and the customer service is not unacceptable, especially since we were repeat customers. Now we have to pay out more money to have this fixed by someone who knows what they are doing.
