The nail tech did not thoroughly remove all the previous polish from my toe nails, left my toes looking blue (from previous color) and the water was cool to the touch while they soaked. The pedicure was very rough and rushed, and I was left with a couple tender spots. I left with my polish on the top and sides of my toe nails instead of actually on my toe nails. It didn't look good at all. I had to go home and repaint them.

Very good at nails and pedi, been going for 8 years or more. Never had any problems.
