She is known for her compassionate demeanor as well as her thoughtful and thorough approach to primary care. Patty’s extensive training and background is in internal medicine. After graduating from Touro College with her BS in Physician Assistant Studies she went on to work at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY for 15 years. During that time she also completed her MBA at Adelphi University. Seeking a better quality of life for herself and her family, she moved to the Chattanooga area where she rediscovered her love for primary care while working with Dr. Kerley. When she is not treating patients, Patty and her family enjoy spending time in the beautiful Chattanooga outdoors, as well as serving their church family.

- General SurgeryDr. Jonathan M. Kerley, owner and founder of Fast Access Healthcare, is a native of Chattanooga, TN. After graduating from the Baylor School, He then attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. At UTC, he attained his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. From Chattanooga, Dr. Kerley moved to Kansas City, MO to attend the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. Postdoctoral training included a general surgery internship at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. Dr. Kerley completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Kerley began as a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician and also served as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist. After working with a group of Emergency Physicians for several years in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas, Dr. Kerley became an ER physician/ consultant working in multiple states and multiple hospitals from Chattanooga, TN to St. Louis, MO. With a wide background in Emergency Medicine in multiple small and large hospital systems, Dr. Kerley took the knowledge of serving a variety of communities and started Fast Access Healthcare. He currently practices Internal and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Kerley also serves as the Chief Medical Director for various law enforcement teams in multiple states. Dr. Kerley also has a passion for medical missions. He has traveled to multiple countries in Central and South America coordinating and providing free medical care. He is the co-founder of the International Christian Medical Outreach. Dr. Kerley feels blessed to have a wonderful wife and six children. His family is the driving force behind his motivation to provide quality healthcare to people of all ages.
