My insurance chose this company when my door was hit almost a year ago. They had my car days longer than they'd quoted and when they finally finished it, it looked worse than when I brought it on. The paint was peeling and bubbling, they ruined a panel on the door frame that they ended up having to replace and then drove my low-lying car up on a median so that when I backed out it pulled my reverse spoiler causing it to warp and the paint to chip. Even after complaining to the owner, it took 3 months to get everything straightened out and they never offered to replace or repaint the front- all they did was apologize. I will never, ever take my car to Abra ever again and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing so.

My car was in the tornado on Oct. 26,2010 and was sent to Abra on the 28th. I received it back in the spring of 2011. It still had issues and I took it back. Some were repaired, some not. I received a phone call from the manager about my rating and he asked what he could do to make it right, that he never knew that my car was in a tornado in the first place. However the lady I spoke with was well aware from the beginning.(NO COMMUNICATION) I told him what I expected and he asked if I would give him a "10" after it was taken care of and I said yes. Well it's March of 2012 and I have never heard another word. So my car is not and will probobly never be the same. I would not recommend and I would never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!
