I was leery about changing my insurance company. I had no major issues but after purchasing a new car the premium seemed much higher than I expected. I decided to go into Axiom just to ask a few questions and inquire about possibly changing companies. Tristana helped me. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. I ended up saving quite a bit of money changing companies. I wish all people in customer service were that friendly and knowlegable. I will definitely be recommending Axiom in Hinesville.
