A fantastic addition to the food options in Hinesburg! Really great creative sandwiches...and the soups are especially delicious...the tomato bisque is my favorite. Great service too...even when their hectic.

On our most recent trip to Vermont, we came across the "Paisley Hippo" in Hinesburg. With an eclectic menu of delicious and satisfying choices, it's not your run of the mill sandwich shop. We ate in the relaxed, casual, atmosphere (or take-out is available.) The owner, JP, is Culinary Arts Institute trained and it shows. My husband and I would highly recommend it!KCz from NJ
