I have been calling the Customer Service line for months it is my new Monday and Thursday routine 21 calls and they can't get the Management team of this restaurant to call me back. What does this tell you? Now I look at the reviews and see the management team approves of the way this store is run.

We visited the Burger King “BK09272” on 10/29/2017

There was nobody in the drive thru when we entered it.

The order was taken at 5:49 pm. We pulled forward and again no other customers in the drive thru or dining room.

2 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, 1 Large Fry, a Medium Frappe and dipping sauces “Zesty and Buffalo”

We waited at the window until 6:02 “13 Minutes” before anyone approached the window to give us our drink. They didn’t even want to take our money at this point I felt like I forced here to accept my payment.

While we continued to wait we witnessed 2 employees sampling different ice cream drinks. Each making one, trying it and then the other back and forth.

We also witnessed an female employee on her phone laughing and having a great time. During this we witnessed another female employee enter the parking lot with her headset still on to enjoy a full cigarette.

We continued to watch more drink sampling, talking, laughing and cigarette breaks as we listened to the distinct sound of the fryer timers going and going and going in the background.

At 6:14 “25 Minutes” a woman approached the window and handed us a bag and stated be careful the fries just came out and they are hot!

I said really? 25 minutes for nuggets and fry’s and they just came out? She said it’s been 25 minutes with a smirk. I responded yes maybe if you all were not smoking, playing around talking and sampling drinks this would have been quicker.

In the mist of me complaining she pulled the window shut and walked away!!!!! At this point I realized there was no adult supervision at this restaurant and the children working there should have been spanked more.

Good food most of the time, sometimes it is cold. Also checks are not accepted and that is inconvenient.
