The first Indian restaurant on Hilton Head adds a new type of 'spice' to the dining list. The quite modern decor with handblown glass vessels decorating and illuminating the room in hues of red, separated from the lounge which attracts a younger crowd drawn to its music and tasting plates, seems to cater to a variety of the island's locals and to be sure now the tourists, is a treat for the tastebuds.
