Our 2012 Honda SUV was involved in an auto accident on the afternoon of 12th of June. That evening I was able to do some research to find an auto repair shop. H&H Auto Body stood out among the ones I found due to the number of highly rated reviews. Our Honda was towed there the following day and I was introduced to David Perry who would oversee the process of repair. From the very beginning I felt confident that my vehicle was in great hands. David was there throughout the entire process from the estimate, repair, test driving and even to overseeing the preparation of having my vehicle loaded and shipped to my home in Illinois. When we received our vehicle on the 11th of August I inspected it and couldn't even tell it was in an accident. All the lines, body contour and paint was perfect. H&H Auto Body and their staff displayed great professionalism, southern hospitality and service throughout.

While vacationing on Hilton Head Island, our Cadillac had been damaged by a misguided Fourth of July firework, that left a huge dent in the door. H & H Auto Body did a fabulous job, not only repairing the dent, but also matching the paint. The paint was perfect. There were no signs that the car had ever been damaged. I took an A8 Audi for a simple repair of damage done to a part in the bumber area. Part was ordered and I was called when part was in (about 4 days). They replaced the part while I waited (about 30 minutes) and the service was great. I will consider them when and if I need more serious work.

Are you worried and particular about how your $50,000 car will be treated when left in the hands of an auto body or paint shop? If so, then you will want to stay away from H & H Auto Body located at 17 Cardinal Road in Hilton Head. I have wanted to customize my car for some time now and thought I would start with removing the emblems off my car doors. To do this without scratching your paint is not hard to do, it just takes patience. This is something so simple that it can be done by heating up the emblems on the car with a hair dryer and pulling them off with your fingers. Since I didnt have the time to do this I thought that I would leave it up to a professional. H & H Auto Body that said they could do it for $50 without scratching the paint. Found 10 paint chips, and they said they didn't do it!
