This Summer my whole family was visiting Hilton Head Island and unfor my daughter started running a high temp. I called Comprehensive Family Care and they told me to come right in! As soon as I walked in I could tell they were a local family practice, me being a daughter of a doctor it was like being home! We saw Patrick Jordan and he was great!! I read the other review and was Shocked to see anything negative about this practice! I will recommend this doctor and office anytime!!!! Kelly N.

I went to CFC in July 2010 for a sinus/respiratory infection. I waited about 30 mins for the doctor. During the exam, we discussed the fact that I am allergic to penicillin and the doc suggested an alternative antibiotic. However, when I went to the pharmacy the prescription was for a penicillin product. It was 10pm by then, so I had to wait until the AM to call the doc's office. I talked to a nurse at 8am and made 2 follow-up calls at 10:30 and 2:30 before I was finally able to get them to call in a new prescription. Although it was a drug that I could safely take, it wasn't covered by my insurance and I was out of pocket $40 for 5 tablets! The bottom line is that the doc was just fine, but the office is under staffed and unable to handle the patient volume with the necessary attention to detail. I probably wouldn't go back.
