Very poor customer service! Walked into the store at 8:53pm on September 10, 2010 and a young blonde girl kicked me and my family out. She told me they were closed. I showed her the time on my iPhone which again was 8:53pm (which also matched the time on my watch and my wives watch) and I informed her that the hours posted showed they were open until 9pm. She again said sorry were closed anyway! We were very disappointed! Every year we visit Hilton Head Island once or twice and on our last night we get ice cream at the Cinnamon Bear in Harbor Town. That lazy girl ruined our tradition!
