i bought and installed vinyl plank flooring, now there's gaps in it because they gave me wrong information and told me that I needed to put an underlayment first in order to get the warranty. I wrote to the manufacturer and they told me that it is not recommended to install with an underlayment. Carpet Isle refuses to answer my complaint. It's been over a month now. Is that the kind of company you really want to deal with? One that refuses to make it right when clearly it is their fault. Or even answer your calls or letters? Watch out!

It's two years after we had laminate flooring installed bought from Carpet Isle. I can't believe they did not warn us how terrible a product it is, or that it can't do well in the tropics. We would have paid a lot more for a better product. As it is, we are having it torn out and replaced with high-end tile. NOT from Carpet Isle.
