In 2005 Hospice of Surry County, Inc and Northern Hospice of Surry County merged and Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care was the new name chosen.Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to the terminally ill patients and their families in 16 counties from 6 locations in North Carolina and Southern Virginia.Please use the website as a guide to help you find answers to your questions and as a resource as you face the months ahead.
