Terrible experience. I've been selling real estate full time for 26-plus years. Very poor communication with me during the transaction. When the transaction closed they needed to mail me a check they forgot took over 19 days. When we received the check/mail we had to pay for the postage. Did not have the buyer's agent fees on the HUD statement. We never received the HUD before close to even look over. Worst part is when I spoke to the owner about all of these things he was defensive told me they did nothing wrong sorry about my luck I should have communicated better with them. Would definitely recommend using another Title Company, Mid State in Hillsdale I've had great experiences with.
