- Barre SculptA barre class combining weight bearing exercises, strength training and ballet bar techniques to form long, lean muscles
- Barre FitA barre class fusing interval cardio training with the traditional elements of a barre class including strength training, ballet bar techniques and weight bearing exercises
- TRX Cardio BlastA full body TRX workout combined with high intensity cardio exercises. Exercises are focused on duration instead of repetitions to build cardio endurance
- VinyasaAn invigorating physical practice that continuously flows through various poses utilizing the breath. This class is challenging for all levels and allows the experienced practitioner the opportunity to explore different levels of each pose. A multi level class that focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance in preparation for more advanced poses. Yoga experience recommended
- TRX Core & CardioThis fusion based class focuses on core exercises utilizing the TRX, kettlebells, Dynamax balls, slam bells and other functional training equipment to challenge and increase core strength and stability. - TRX Strength Training & Core ConditioningA multi level class focusing on creating long lean muscles through various TRX and kettlebell exercises. This class will focus on strengthing the core through functional training techniques utilizing slam bells, Dynamax balls and plyometric exercises
- Gentle StretchThis class is a perfect introduction for beginners and focuses on increased flexibility. Practitioners are introduced to breath awareness techniques and close attention is paid to body alignment. Open and beneficial to all levels
- Armed & DangerousThis is a high intensity, fast paced workout which targets arms and core exclusively. TRX, Rip Trainer, kettlebells and resistance bands are utilized to develop biceps, triceps & abdominal /core muscles. No kettlebell experience required

This class also includes core strengthening exercises as well as movements to build cardiovascular endurance. Kettlebell experience not required
- Hatha Yoga Level I-IIA challenging practice for all levels. This class will develop strength, flexibility and balance. For beginners, the practice will feel invigorating as you explore different poses. For more experienced practitioners, this class will afford you the opportunity to explore deeper levels of each asana. All levels welcomed ... some yoga experience recommended

- H.I.I.T. TrainingA high intensity, low impact class designed to elevate your heart rate, increase your metabolism and burn fat through various isometrical and plyometrical exercises.. A fusion designed class utilizing jump ropes, sand bells, resistance bands, gliders and light weights to increase cardiovascular endurance while developing lean muscle. Be prepared to sweat and burn fat away!!!
- Deep StretchA therapeutic deep stretch class geared toward creating greater flexibility and joint mobility by targeting those areas tightened by overuse and stress. This class is the perfect warm up before any TRX class and acts as a recovery class for those looking to restore over used muscles. Open & beneficial to all levels

The majority of exercises will be performed on TRX straps and with the use of resistance bands. This multi level class is perfect for clients new to functional training, with injuries and/or returning from injuries and for those looking to train in a low impact environment

- Community Yoga Class for Steps TogetherAn opportunity for individuals to participate in a weekly $5 donation based class with all proceeds going to Steps Together, a local nonprofit organization helping families with medical needs. Christine will lead this multi level class through inspiring heart opening sequences and deep stretching to help prepare the body for the Steeple Chase race on September 25th. Come practice with us!!! We are grateful for all of the support we have received throughout the years and would love to give back !!! Yoga M.A.T.T. will match all donations!
