I am not one to complain but do not use his serviceHe came in a 2 hour frame. He spent 10-15 minutes and wanted to hear the noise my dryer was making. It briefly made the noise and he said it was not long enough. I asked him to take off the top as i felt a screw or nail was lodged in the drum. he said it could be 3 other things wrong and did not want to do anything. He then said if it makes the loud noise again call him as he was in the area and would not charge another $50 service call. The dryer is still making a loud scrapping sound . I cannot believe he charge $50 for doing nothing and refusing to try and fix it. Then to have the nerve to tell me he would not charge another service call if he comes back today. I would never use him again. The way he operates he makes $300 an hour for doing nothing.
