Provided by DexKnowsAfter almost 20 years of using this florist, Mr. Fenn sold this business. I used Fenn's Flower Barn to keep up with the grave sites for family in NJ. This was an agreement to place flowers several times a year for my father's grave. Apparently, the new owners feel that this is an inconvenience and have chosen to require additional fees for this service. During this conversation, an "owner" was yelling at me in the background of the call about his costs and using language that is totally unprofessional. What EVER happened to building relationships with customer service. Obviously the customer doesn't mean much to these new owners unless is enhances their profit margin. I have since canceled this account and I will probably pay more for this service now but it will be with respectful business people.
