If you're in business, then you know that the customer pays for overhead. At this business, bring your own coffee, enjoy the breeze, enjoy the service, and save some money. That's my (unaffiliated) opinion. (said business is at least 15 miles from home)

I am from out of state. I just picked up load of trees and was headed back home to Virginia close to 5 pm. The trailer I was pulling, blew a tire. I was able to walk down to a store to ask them if they knew of a tire store near buy. They told me about these guys. They were getting ready to close up shop. I told them that I was 2 hours from home and blew a tire. They stayed over and let me use one of there jacks and tools to take back and take my wheel off. The had the odd tire in stock and replaced it with in a few minutes, A great group of guys. Very nice to work with.

simple, quick, and friendly. as for the person with the hole in their tire, tires are not made with holes and manufactures don't warranty puctures.

I had two new tires with "45,000 mile warranty" put on last year. I've driven less than 12,000 miles. My car is well maintained and there are no alignment problems. I had the tires rotated after about 6 mo. - they rotate them free which is a nice service. But one of the tires stopped holding air...it was just going down every 3-4 days. I found my receipt and called them. He told me to bring it in - making me think they were going to honor the "warranty", but when I got there he tried to sell me a new set of tires. I told him I wanted him to fix or replace the tire that should still be under 'warranty' (the receipt says 45,000 mile warranty against defects in workmanship) ...he told me there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing...what ever happened to standing by your product - and what is the purpose of telling the customer there is a 'warranty' if there isn't ...I feel duped. I won't go back.
