Horrible experience, returned nearly $100 worth of hair clips as website said to do and have not yet received a refund. They have my package it's proven by tracking showing delivery and they admitted they do have it via a Paypl claim they escalated and closed but they refuse to refund my money. They have had this package for over a month now, they don't respond to emails and don't seem to care, I was a customer for years and have been left completely dumbfounded.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a wholesale order with Trimweaver for my pet business recently. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and I still have not received my package, which was apparently "undeliverable". I sent them several emails and phone calls requesting that they resend the package to me at a different address. They will not respond to me, and not only have I not received items that I paid for, but now my business is hurting because I am missing some important products. I have never done business with a company that displays such poor customer service, and it is clear that I am never going to get my products or my money back. If you are looking for a good, reliable vendor to do business with, then you need to look elsewhere.

placed an order they shipped wrong product and when it came time to return for proper item they charged me to ship back the item they failed to fill properly !!! will never do business with this company again and certainly will not recomend any one else does !

No customer service, placed an order and received the wrong merchandise. Sent many emails NO response, called the one phone number and they just direct you to the emails..........Will never place an order with them again. Not worth taking a chance again.
