- * Student will complete 4 classes in a row * Classes are ongoing, allowing students to begin any Sunday or Monday * Classes are offered on Sunday evening in Hillsboro, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. * Classes are offered on Monday evenings in Beaverton, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. * Three-two hour private driving lessons are set personally with one of our certified driving instructors * Certificate is for insurance purposes only and is recognized by most insurance companies * This program requires that parents drive 100 additional hours with their student before they receive their license * Drives can be completed in family car for $300, covering classroom and driving * Or drives can be completed in academy car for $350, covering classroom and driving * Shared Lessons Using Academy Car Traditional Program The nontraditional program always has openings. * Students will attend 10 3 hour classroom settings from 5:30 - 8:30 P.M. * Drives are predetermined and run concurrent with the classroom setting * Student will drive behind the wheel for 6 hours and observe another driver for 6 hours * Certificate will have ODOT seal on it; and will be accepted by insurance companies that give discount for Driver's Education * The program requires that parents drive 50 additional hours with their student before they receive their license * Class and drives are $299

Tom's Driving Academy offers an array of options for you as a new driver. We offer two programs for the teenage driver. Please call us should you need or want different driving arrangements, or you are an adult driver. Private Lessons - Non Traditional Program This program always has openings for new students, please call to sign up. If you need an after hour appointment please call and leave a message we check message often and will return your call.

My driving instructor was so patient with me. I made some mistakes during the driving session and he had me do it over, so I could get it right. They made learning to drive a fun experience

I really learned a lot when I learned how to drive with Tom's Driving Academy. The instructors were very flexible, and understood my needs. I so glad I went through their program
WOW my instructor was so helpful and really wanted to show me as much as he could in the time that we had to drive. The class wasn't as hard as it seemed to be and the actual driving was so much fun and i learned so much!
