I've been going to Lauren for 2 years now. She is the only therapist I have ever felt completely comfortable with. If you are looking for someone who actually listens instead of telling you what you are thinking, she is the one!

I cannot begin to recommend Lauren highly enough. I have been seeing her for some time now and she has made such a huge difference in my life. She is very straightforward, but is also person centered and compassionate. She is passionate about her work and is always eager to share a new and useful "technique". It may sound like a cliche, but I never feel that she wants to change me as a person, but rather that she wants to help me realize my full potential and just be happy. Very thankful for all her help!

I have been seeing Lauren for about a year now and I can't begin to say how grateful I am for her and her fabulous counseling. She is honest, says what needs to be said and makes sure that there is follow through. I was having a very difficult time with my marriage, my family and dealing with the death of my parents.
