Her emphasis on patient education ensures a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan. Beginning her professional journey as a high school volunteer at Providence Portland Medical Center’s physical therapy department, Judy still finds joy in helping others while crafting carefully tailored exercise programs for successful rehabilitation. “When you have an injury, some exercises are helpful, yet others seem harmful.
