Provided by DexKnowsthey said they were going to repair things before our move in date which didnt happen. any repairs that needed to happen it took quite a while for them to get someone out there and wrongly got charged extra for several maintenance fees. APM should have bit the bullet on those since it wasnt our fault but chose to piss us off instead and make us pay for something we had no control over. They also will go behind your back and check police reports without cause. Overall i'd never give them my money again.

Provided by DexKnowsYou won't get your deposit back in full - no matter what you do. Take lots of pictures and document everything at move in, during and move out. Demand an exit walk through with you present so there can be no "surprises" when they send you invoices for cleaning and repairs that were unnecessary or not your responsibility. And no credit or even acknowledgement of repairs or improvements made during your tenancy. Just not a good deal at all.
