I stopped going there after two times they put the wrong oil in my car. The first time I noticed the sticker had the wrong grade, called them and they said it was ok would not make a difference. The next time I went there for an oil change I told them upfront that the oil the last time was wrong. Was told by Eric no problem it will be corrected. Same thing happened. Told it will not make a difference in the car. Told at the Ford dealership that you have to use what is recommended for your engine. I won't be back

I came in here and bought a brand new set of tires. spent 500 bucks. The tires were not installed correctly. I had 4 may pops prior and two different sizes in my car. The new tires make my entire car shift when I hit a bump and they bounce hard when I reach 60! my old tires that had no tread road so much better. Besides that when first went to the shop the man assisting me after I stood there 10 minutes waiting on him. Takes a phone call and I wait another 5 minutes on him and almost walked out! I watched a lot of men just standing around doing nothing! I think the only person that was any help to me was the manager there. He was very helpful and nice.
