Reviews
Our family can not recommend this nursing home. We had a family member in the facility for a little over 12 months and despite repeated family care meetings the care never improved. Our family member received substandard care. The room was dirty, and unkempt, night clothes were left on the floor all day, sometimes there was no assistance with pm care so our loved one slept in his clothes, frequently there was no am care, very poor personal care assistance. He received meals at his bed side and the meal tray was set on top of used tissues as well as dried on food (that was there for two days before family cleaned it off), and the tray was set next to the urinal. It was not a clean nor pleasant environment. There was medical neglect and emotional abuse. Due to poor medical care the resident was removed by the family and taken directly to the emergency room and subsequently admitted to the hospital. The facility did not take steps to ensure the residents medical or personal safety.
