A local family owned and operated company, Levi's 4 Floors is Columbus Ohio's best choice for all your flooring needs. We opened for business in 1986, creating a pleasant and comfortable shopping environment for each and every customer. We pride ourselves on having the top flooring sales consultants and designers in Central Ohio, with an average of 25 years experience in providing our customers with premier service.

While the salesman was nice, the rest of the experience was not. Bought both carpet and laminate which was installed poorly. Levis agrees but as yet no resolve has been offered, only excuses. The install was to take 2 days, instead took 3 days and 2 additional evenings to complete a shoddy job. While they claim they'll re-install, this will obviously require, 3 additional days off from work, a dog in the kennel and my house a mess, however they've not scheduled a time to do so and I was instructed by their "customer service" team to call THEM back in a week. They have been disinterested and not at all proactive in solving what they agree is a problem. I would encourage folks to shop at a hardware/discount store to get the best price on the same offerings, as there has been for me no benefit to going to a company that specializes in flooring.
