Saturday evening 9/28/13, we purchased KFC and were very disappointed that the chicken was dry and tough. Cole slaw was dry. Other side dishes were okay. This was during dinner time on a Saturday evening and we would have expected this to have been a very good time to get the freshest food of the evening. Don't know if there has been a change in management of this store because we have had good food there in the past. Very disappointed--hope it improves since this has been a favorite of ours in the past.
