I had never rented extra storage before. Looking at exterior of most, very bare commercial. Havign a couple live on site made a tremendous difference to first thoughts. Then when arriving and seeing the small garden of flowers, seemed this couple had PRIDE in where they worked and how ! Professional handling of rental proceedures. Greeting me as though I really mattered to their business. And, must be difficult with so many coming and going renters, but not even a cigarette butt in view ! So highly recommend. And, I'm not an old friend doing them a favour :) I've owned a business 1 mile from their facility for 34 years. Never known they existed. Hidden behind a myriad buildings, their company owe them some easily viewed from Cemetery, great signage !

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Extra Space Storage! I found them online, saw the great reviews, and knew they were the ones for my storage needs. I signed up online and within 5 minutes I got a call from the nicest woman, Robynn, that went over the details, what to bring, and where to go. I met her at the office, she had her just as awesome husband Al, show me the unit and we chatted the whole time. The place is clean, well maintained, very welcoming, and all around fantastic. I have to say that I love the e-signature use of DocuSign too!!! So fast, easy, and modern way to do business paperlessly! I actually raved about this couple and the business when I got home to my wife....which I never do about something like "just a storage unit".
