Another Great review for good ol'e jersey appliance. I just had horrible costly service to have my freezer fixed.( Cancelled appointments, wrong parts, lost wages due to cancelled appointments and the list goes on. I called Mr. Bob Kelly, service mgr.who was the guy that screwed me on the 1st repair and told him my ice maker is not working now. For another service fee of $79.95 we could set up another appointment, Ha ha fool me once shame on me you, twice shame on me. So I looked at my ice maker with a flashlight and inside the ice maker is a little switch that you would have to physically reach inside and turn on or off. low and behold my switch was turned off. Imagine that ?How low will a company go for a BUCK? Never, ever, ever use Jersey Appliance. I will be reporting them to better Business. Highway Robbery!

Provided service as expected; dianosed and repaired in less than an hour but a bit more expensive than I expected. Apparently the clock is already running before they enter the door.
