Badly run business and bad customer service. I have been going here on and off for the last couple of years for body treatments. I received an e-mail from them a few weeks ago with a buy one get one special. I called and asked about it and made an appointment. When I came in to the appointment they asked me where my Groupon was. Both the e-mail and the girl on the phone never mentioned the Groupon. I showed the email to the girl. She said I could not get the deal without the Groupon. I asked her if I could pay for the deal without the Groupon or if she could call her boss or the owner. She said no she couldn't because they were on vacation and would not work with me to find a solution to this at all. She would not give me the deal because i never bought a Groupon i was never told about. You don't advertise something you can't fulfill. Needless to say, this place has lost my business ane gained a negative review. I really did try to work with them when I showed up for my appointment.
