This company is awful. They have no integrity. They do sloppy work and do not return to complete the full scope per the agreed price, nor do they return to complete warranty work when it is asked of them within 5 days of them "completing" a job.

I hired them to complete some restoration work in a basement. They did not finish what was on the scope of work and what they did complete was not done in a workmanlike manner. I called and met with one of the principles of the company, Veronika, on site to show her the problems. She made a list and scheduled her crew to be there the following Saturday. Friday evening before they were supposed to arrive they cancelled because they had "a deadline to meet" at another project. This was conveyed to me on a voice message. I called on Saturday morning to reschedule and she did not return my call. I finally reached her by phone the following Tuesday and told her I understand she had to cancel but the job needs to be completed by Friday so the house can be sold. She told me Tuesday morning that she would call me by Tuesday evening to tell me which day they would be there. I told her thats fine as long as she assured me they would arrive and I would not have to scramble to find another contractor to which she assured me they would. She called me at 5 pm Tuesday evening and told me they would not be showing up at all at any time to complete the work because her father, Roberto, did not want to. I argued with her that this is not the right thing to do in the business world and her answer did not change. I now have only two days to find another contractor to complete the shoddy and incomplete work they started. They even painted a whole room they were not supposed to and tried to leverage the work against the job.

I would recommend that no one hire this company for any reason and also that the word be spread about their unprofessionalism, poor attention to detail, lack of follow through, not keeping scheduled appointments and poor workmanship.
