I am new to the Highlands Ranch area and found Eye To Eye Care close to my place of business. I found the doctors to be very caring and thorough in explaining everything about my exam. The staff were great about pulling my insurance information and explaining my benefits to me. Would highly recommend to everyone I know.

Worst experience by billing staff! Save yourself a headache and money.

I made it very clear to the entire office staff (and anyone else standing around) that we would not be coming back after my daughter was told on the phone we had a $10 copay for a contact exam and then they tried to collect $70 after her exam. I told them all we needed was the prescription, which they gave us, and we would be buying the contacts at Sams - for half the price and never coming back. SO - they submitted a claim for the contacts to our insurance company and got paid for product we did not order and they never delivered. PLEASE - stay away!

Dr. Dell and his staff at Eye to eye care are great. Our family has been at the eye care center many times and have always been treated with smile and great services even on very busy Saturdays!

maybe i just don't like styles in highlands ranch in general, but there was close to nothing that worked for me, and it took a long time to get the glasses. won't go back.
