Nestled on the banks of the Hudson River, in Highland, NY is Mariner's on the Hudson, the only true waterfront restaurant in the area. Located on the northwest side of the Walkway over the Hudson, New York's grandest state park, is a seafood and grill restaurant that offers the locals the comfort of home and a traveling visitor a spectacular experience of the Hudson Valley. With our outside patio extending onto the river, our guests are surrounded by the sounds of trains rushing past, a myriad of birds and fish, and an up close and personal view of two of the oldest bridges in the state. Dine on our deck at twilight and you will watch the moon rise over the Poughkeepsie skyline. Sit at the Tiki bar and watch numerous sizes of boats and ships sail by. From inside our dining room you can gaze out the window and watch the tide turn directions in a most unique way.
