Terrible experience. Called the salon the day prior in which they stated that a dip removal was $5 to which they charged me $10. Then, I️ go to the salon and find out they don’t even carry dip and have no idea how to take I️t off. What should’ve been 10 minutes took nearly a half hour. The salon tech was rude, speaking poorly on other customers walking in and out and using an electric file to remove my dip to which she kept hitting my skin. On top of that, when I️ paid twice what was to be expected, they charged my credit card twice. To which they responded well just call your company and have I️t taken off. When I️ asked for a bosses name they said they weren’t there and they never have been there and they don’t know their name. The woman who I️ supposedly was speaking with was named Helen and the entire experience was so unprofessional. I️ will never go back and I️ will never recommend this terrible salon to anyone.

NEVER go to the Nail Salon Tech 2823 E Highland Rd #109 Highland Township, MI 48356. I normally don't leave negative comments but this place really got to me. They should be ashamed of their business! They robbed me and have horrible customer service. I will never return or send ANY of my clients there!!!!!!!! p.s. if you have a business here in the states, you should have someone who speaks/understand English!
