Holistic Therapies assists you in examining your current life (holistically) in order to plan and prepare for a healthy, happy, and balanced future. This is accomplished through experiences that increase self-awareness, confidence, and insight to facilitate self-actualization and creativity. This philosophy of counseling emphasizes balance in all areas of your life, including mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and vocational. Far too often, people find themselves caught up in the pain and drama of their day-to-day lives. The pain is there to get their attention. I assist them in identifying ways to address it. We will do more than just focus on the “problem.” I assist clients in looking at the whole picture and identifying the areas that are, and are not, working in their lives.
