Avoid at all COSTS. Used this firm last year. They installed a part incorrectly which was verified by the second service tech who came out the next day who VERIFIED that yes the part was installed incorrectly. We were then informed that we needed a new central AC system and wanted to install it for us. Needless to say we refused and found a more reputable company. . They refused to reimburse me for the cost which was slightly over $300. As a hard working homeowner and consumer, $300 is a lot of money. Obviously they don't care. It seems like they want to nickel and dime you and then set you up for the kill. No thanks.
