Their front office staff are difficult and condescending or maybe they don't really want new patients. We are new to the area and I wanted to establish a physician's office close to home. She said they were taking new patients but the truth is, I felt like my call was an inconvenience in her day. By the end of the call, I just decided to say "forget it" we'll go somewhere else. If you are looking for a new place, I suggest you pass this one up as an option because if they treat a person like that as a "new" patient, what happens after you are established?

My husband and I see Jamie Otts up there and she is great. We like her because if she don't know what is going on with the person, she will go ask someone else for help. I would tell everyone to go see Jamie. She's a great person and a great doctor.
