North Jefferson Intermediate School is a public school that has an annual enrollment of more than 500 students in grades five and six. The school offers a variety of after-school activities including computer club and scrabble. It has a parent-teacher organization that promotes understanding between parents, teachers and students and provides services to the school that helps in maintaining a constructive working relationship. The school provides academic instruction in math, science, social studies, English, spelling and vocabulary, basic skills, and health and physical education. North Jefferson Intermediate School is a part of the Northwest R-I School District and is located in High Ridge, Mo.
